My logs disappeared after reinstalling the app

Lune stores everything on your phone. If you uninstall the app your logs are deleted with it. Turn on Backup in Settings before uninstalling if you want to restore them later.

How do I restore from backup?

Open the app, go through the first-run setup, then go to Settings → Backup → Restore. Make sure you are signed in to the same iCloud (iPhone) or Google account (Android) you used when you backed up.

My reminders are not arriving

Check that Lune has notification permission in your phone's Settings app. On Android, battery optimisation can stop reminders — add Lune to the exceptions list in Battery settings.

The app thinks I am on a different day of my cycle

Lune learns your cycle from the periods you log. If you have logged fewer than three periods the estimate may be off. Log at least three and it will improve.

How do I delete all my data?

Go to Settings → Delete all data. This removes everything from your phone immediately.
